Sean Patterson
Sean has worked in the private equity and real estate industries for over 25 years. Following a career in private equity he founded Stonewood Wealth Management in 2011, a business managing investments for ultra-high net worth families with assets under management of over $1.3 billion. In 2017 he co-founded Stonewood Alchemy Real Estate which was the lead investor in real estate investments in the United States and the United Kingdom with gross transaction value in excess of $500 million. In 2025 Sean founded Blackwood Equity Partners to provide equity capital to real estate sponsors.
